The data available is presented for each of the 15 healthcare essentials - the minimum level of care that people with diabetes should receive - using national data from England, Wales and Scotland.

    July 2017
    The tool now includes diabetes prevalence and care data for Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Health Boards for England and Wales, from the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and the National Diabetes Audit (NDA) 2015-16. Scottish Health Boards will be updated in the future.
